Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To ensure consistency in your progress and respect for scheduled time, the following policy applies to all sessions:

Notice Period

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

Late Cancellations

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered a late cancellation and the session will be forfeited.

Missed Appointments (No-Shows)

If you miss your scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered used and will not be rescheduled or refunded.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests made with at least 24 hours’ notice will be accommodated based on availability.

Late Arrival

If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. The full session fee applies.

Emergency Consideration

Exceptions may be made in cases of genuine emergency or unforeseen circumstances, at the practitioner’s discretion.

Prepaid Session Packages (Clinical Hypnotherapy)

Prepaid session packages are intended to support consistency and continuity of care. All sessions purchased as part of a package must be used within 180 days of the date of purchase. Any unused sessions after this period will be forfeited. This time frame applies to packages only and does not affect individually booked sessions.

Package Cancellations & Refunds

Prepaid packages may be cancelled at any time, provided that at least 24 hours’ notice is given before any scheduled session. Refunds will be issued for any unused sessions, calculated based on the standard single-session rate in effect at the time of purchase, with the total cost of completed sessions deducted from the original package price. Completed sessions are non-refundable.

Repeated Cancellations

Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in refusal of future bookings.
