HYPNOTHERAPY
Introspective Hypnotherapy
for Root Cause Healing

From surviving to thriving
What is INTROSPECTIVE hypnotherapy?
Introspective Hypnosis, developed by Aurelio Mejía, is a regression-based therapeutic method that works directly with the subconscious to identify and resolve the origin of a symptom or recurring pattern.
It integrates multiple approaches to support deep emotional processing within a focused, relaxed state.
This work may include:
-
Forgiveness-based processes
-
Role change and parts-style exploration
-
Ericksonian hypnosis
-
Regression approaches (including early-life and womb experiences, and for some clients, past life exploration)
You remain aware and in control throughout the session, and the process is paced to support safety and nervous system regulation.

What a session is like
Session length
Introspective Hypnosis sessions typically last 2 - 3 hours.
The experience
You are guided into a deeply relaxed, focused state while remaining aware and able to communicate. The process follows what your subconscious mind presents, with safety, consent, and your comfort as the priority.
Integration
After the session, the mind continues to process and integrate the experience. Many people notice new insights, emotional shifts, and a greater sense of clarity in the hours or days that follow.
