What is PAST LIFE therapy?

Past Life Therapy is a therapy of the soul. It works on the principle that unresolved trauma from past lives or early life experiences can leave emotional imprints that shape beliefs, reactions and behaviours today.  Through an expanded state of consciousness, you access these memories, reliving the original experiences safely to release their emotional energy and restore balance. 

It is an approach developed by Dr. José Luis Cabouli that brings past life experiences into awareness, allowing them to be explored and worked through therapeutically.  

 

By safely revisiting and fully processing these experiences, we release emotional patterns and the imprints held at a deeper, soul level, supporting meaningful, lasting change in your life today.

What a session is like

Session length

A Past Life Therapy session typically lasts 2-3 hours.

 

The experience

You are guided into a relaxed, focused state that allows you to safely access memories and experiences from past lives that are influencing your present. Together, we work with what emerges, allowing the associated emotions and sensations to be processed safely so they no longer carry the same intensity, supporting lasting emotional resolution. 

 

Integration

Many clients leave the session with a greater sense of clarity and emotional release. Shifts in perspective and understanding may continue to unfold in the hours or days that follow.

Device:

Use a laptop or tablet (phones are not recommended). Keep your device plugged in.

Camera:

Position it so your face and upper chest are clearly visible while lying down.

Lighting

Ensure your face is well-lit and easy to see.

Audio

A USB headset with a boom microphone positioned directly in front of your mouth is required. Built-in microphones, AirPods, or standard headphones are not suitable for this work.

Internet

A stable, high-speed connection is important to avoid interruptions.

Environment

Choose a quiet, private, distraction-free space where you can fully relax.

  • No. You remain aware and in control at all times, and you can pause or adjust the process whenever you need. Sessions are client-led and based on your consent.

  • No. The work is grounded and structured, focused on measurable changes in how you think, feel, and respond. Transpersonal elements are optional and only included if they resonate with you.

  • The process is paced to what your nervous system can safely handle. If something intense arises, we work with it gradually - reducing its emotional charge so it becomes easier to process and no longer feels overwhelming.
