HYPNOTHERAPY
Clinical Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy for Anxiety, Stress & Emotional Regulation

From surviving to thriving
What is Clinical hypnotherapy?
Clinical hypnotherapy is an evidence-based therapeutic approach that uses hypnosis to access the subconscious mind and facilitate meaningful change.
In a relaxed, focused state - similar to meditation - the mind becomes more receptive to therapeutic suggestions and emotional processing. This allows deeply rooted patterns, habits, and emotional responses to be addressed at their source, rather than managed at the surface.
This service is a fit if you:
Who This Is For

have tried talking about the issue but still feel stuck in the same emotional or behavioral patterns
-
notice your reactions, habits, or triggers keep repeating - even when you logically understand them
-
are ready for structured, goal-oriented change over a series of sessions
-
value an evidence-based approach that integrates neuroscience, hypnosis, and practical therapeutic techniques

Clinical Hypnosis
What a session is like
Session length
-
Sessions are up to 90 minutes. While some clients notice shifts early on, a series of sessions is recommended, as repetition supports the formation of new neural pathways and more consistent, lasting change.
The experience
-
You are guided into a calm, focused state similar to meditation. You remain aware, in control, and able to communicate throughout the entire process.
-
In this state, we use targeted therapeutic techniques and focused suggestions to help shift patterns, reduce emotional reactivity, and support new ways of thinking and responding.
Integration
Most clients leave feeling clearer, more grounded, and noticeably lighter. Changes continue to develop between sessions as new patterns become more natural and automatic.

Frequently asked questions
Talk therapy focuses on understanding and processing experiences at a conscious level. Clinical hypnotherapy works more directly with automatic patterns and responses, which can support faster and more noticeable change.
The goal is lasting change. By reinforcing new patterns over a series of sessions, the brain begins to adopt them more naturally. Consistency and repetition support results becoming more stable over time.
Clinical hypnotherapy is a structured process, and the number of sessions depends on the complexity of the issue and your desired outcome. Some goals can be addressed in fewer sessions, while more deeply rooted patterns - such as anxiety, trauma, or long - standing habits - typically benefit from a longer series.
