Service Description

Clinical hypnotherapy is an evidence-based therapeutic approach that uses hypnosis to access the subconscious mind and facilitate meaningful change. In a relaxed, focused state - similar to meditation - the mind becomes more receptive to therapeutic suggestions and emotional processing. This allows deeply rooted patterns, habits, and emotional responses to be addressed at their source, rather than managed at the surface. Works with automatic patterns that drive emotions, behaviours, and habits Identifies and updates learned associations that are no longer useful or relevant Supports the brain’s ability to form new neural pathways, leading to more stable and adaptive functioning Helps regulate the nervous system, reducing stress reactivity and supporting emotional balance Combines focused attention with targeted therapeutic techniques to create measurable, lasting change You remain aware and in control throughout the session, and the process is paced to support safety, regulation, and your individual capacity.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To ensure consistency in your progress and respect for scheduled time, the following policy applies to all sessions: 1. Notice Period A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. 2. Late Cancellations Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered a late cancellation and the session will be forfeited. 3. Missed Appointments (No-Shows) If you miss your scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered used and will not be rescheduled or refunded. 4. Rescheduling Rescheduling requests made with at least 24 hours’ notice will be accommodated based on availability. 5. Late Arrival If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. The full session fee applies. 6. Emergency Consideration Exceptions may be made in cases of genuine emergency or unforeseen circumstances, at the practitioner’s discretion. 7. Prepaid Session Packages (Clinical Hypnotherapy) Prepaid session packages are intended to support consistency and continuity of care. All sessions purchased as part of a package must be used within 180 days of the date of purchase. Any unused sessions after this period will be forfeited. This time frame applies to packages only and does not affect individually booked sessions. 8. Package Cancellations & Refunds Prepaid packages may be cancelled at any time, provided that at least 24 hours’ notice is given before any scheduled session. Refunds will be issued for any unused sessions, calculated based on the standard single-session rate in effect at the time of purchase, with the total cost of completed sessions deducted from the original package price. Completed sessions are non-refundable. 9. Repeated Cancellations Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in refusal of future bookings.

Device:

Use a laptop or tablet (phones are not recommended). Keep your device plugged in.

Camera:

Position it so your face and upper chest are clearly visible while lying down.

Lighting

Ensure your face is well-lit and easy to see.

Audio

A USB headset with a boom microphone positioned directly in front of your mouth is required. Built-in microphones, AirPods, or standard headphones are not suitable for this work.

Internet

A stable, high-speed connection is important to avoid interruptions.

Environment

Choose a quiet, private, distraction-free space where you can fully relax.

Recommendations

Before:

  • Avoid alcohol or intoxicants before your session

  • Continue taking prescribed medications; some (including antidepressants) may affect trance depth

  • Get a good night’s sleep beforehand

  • Eat something light and stay hydrated

After:

  • Drink water, eat something grounding, and allow yourself time and space to process
