Preparing for your virtual session
To support the best possible experience:

Device:
Use a laptop or tablet (phones are not recommended). Keep your device plugged in.

Camera:
Position it so your face and upper chest are clearly visible while lying down.

Lighting
Ensure your face is well-lit and easy to see.

Audio
A USB headset with a boom microphone positioned directly in front of your mouth is required. Built-in microphones, AirPods, or standard headphones are not suitable for this work.

Internet
A stable, high-speed connection is important to avoid interruptions.

Environment
Choose a quiet, private, distraction-free space where you can fully relax.

Before:

Avoid alcohol or intoxicants before your session

Continue taking prescribed medications; some (including antidepressants) may affect trance depth
